To achieve the aggressive expansion plans of this growing community bank, Slaughter Group was retained to create a new corporate identity and culture enhancement program. By utilizing its custom “inside out” process, the firm developed a comprehensive program that started with culture identification and development and then extended outward to new naming and brand architecture and a contemporary, new identity. The end result was a total alignment the organization’s culture, identity, brand position, and business strategy.
